I’m Beth Sandlin, founder of Trifecta Pilates. I believe fitness should support your life, not run it. That means moving with workouts that are effective.

I started Pilates in my 20's while recovering from cancer. Now that I'm 46, I can honestly say how powerful Pilates is to build real strength and confidence through every season.

My approach is simple: focus on what is beneficial for you. Sometimes that's easier said than done. But I got you, we’ll start with one class and build from there.

What if I can’t attend live?

No problem—each session replay is available through January 12th. If you’re an App member, you’ll get extended access inside the Trifecta Pilates App.

Is this a workout or a webinar?

These are workouts! Each session begins with a short focus on the day’s topic, followed by a 30-min class. We'll finish with a few minutes for Q&A.

Do I need experience with Pilates?

No, this series is beginner-friendly. It's perfect if you want to reconnect with your body and build steady, sustainable progress.
